Because we believe that rented properties and buildings need special care for tenants and direct supervision of building procedures and follow-up of any problems facing tenants and the building to ensure that the building continues to be fully occupied and not depreciated, in order to preserve its market value and its best investment conditions, using the best programs for property management and rent follow-up, which were designed in the form of a Web Application that allows the submission of a number of different reports on the building, as we provide three service packages according to the customer's choice:

1. Collecting rents and making implementation lease contracts and documenting them on the Ministry of Housing's Ejar platform.
2. Following up on maintenance work and providing periodic and sudden spare parts through a specialized maintenance team and providing the necessary cleaning work.
3. Managing the entire building and providing all the cadres required by the building and its facilities.
